join us for our live circuit training classes
These workouts are designed for those who want to get a quick and efficient workout in using minimal equipment. All you need is a set of resistance bands and some free weights. Dumbbells OR Kettlebells will work - we do our best to demonstrate exercises with both so you can utilize whatever equipment you already have. Our workouts run on a timer and are designed for individuals of all fitness levels - we show a base exercise and a regression for those who need it. We also read our messages during the livestream so if you need another regression or have any questions you can ask as it happens live and we will assist you.
It is $50 a month to have access to our livestream link and access all of our workouts. Workouts are 5:30 A.M. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and 9:00 A.M. Tuesday and Thursday. If there is a high enough demand for more/different class times we will add more. All workouts are FULL BODY.
